2. The editor-in-chief will conduct editorial verification to accept or reject publications sent to the journal prior to external peer review. Said verification will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines previously established by the magazine. As the case may be, at the discretion of the editor-in-chief, the associate editors, members of the editorial body, may carry out the editorial verification and extend the respective recommendation. As part of the editorial verification, the plagiarism detection process will be carried out through the PlagScan Pro tool (License 20190410150913) or another that is available to the journal, the accepted percentage being less than or equal to 20% for the reviewer.
3. After the editorial verification, the submissions will be sent to the respective review by external peers under the double-blind modality for the corresponding recommendation. This process can be done in more than one round.
4. Once the editorial verification and external peer review stage has been passed, the editor-in-chief will make the decision to accept or deny publication of the manuscript.
5. Finally, the respective layout work will be carried out prior to publication.
