Abstract

The goal of this article is to reduce the complexity in the overall Go-Kart design to make it simple and lightweight without premature failure or loss of performance. Since the efficiency of vehicles depends mainly on the optimal design of its different elements. Finite Element Analysis Method (FEM) will be used to create, evaluate and reformulate the optimal Go-kart design to achieve its objective. In addition to the CAD software (Solid Works) it will be used for the design and analysis of the frame. Therefore, finally the design of the optimal proposal would be considering its usefulness, safety and lightness.

Additionally, factors such as frame geometry will be considered to ensure proper weight distribution and good maneuverability, as well as compatibility with the Go Kart's electrical components, such as the battery and motor. It is also essential to consider the ergonomics and comfort of the driver, ensuring a suitable driving position and sufficient space for mounting components.
