El presente trabajo analiza un sistema de producción sin organización, control y gestión en el desarrollo y ejecución de los procesos relacionados con la obtención del producto final, por lo que se establece la planificación de operaciones, eficiencia de la producción, el uso de la MO, costos reales de fabricación; uso de indicadores de eficiencia implementados para medir la capacidad efectiva de la planta instalada, el control en la marcha, la lista maestra en bodega que asegura la disponibilidad en cantidad y calidad de materia prima, suministros y materiales, el pronóstico de ventas es la entrada del plan maestro de producción de pérdidas y ganancias, que entrega un horizonte a corto plazo de la operación financiera y apalancando el funcionamiento empresarial. Posterior a un análisis DAFO se obtiene el desarrollo de herramientas, dando paso a la toma de decisiones y control de la planificación, ejecución y medición de gestión productiva.
