This research work studies the methods to determine the efficiency of a polycrystalline photovoltaic panel through the comparative analysis of its performance based on irradiation and temperature obtained by two mathematical models and experimental methods (carried out at the ISUCT facilities). The results allow to identify how efficient the photovoltaic panel is under real working conditions. In addition, it was possible to make a theoretical-practical relationship between optimistic and pessimistic scenarios of photovoltaic power generation. Identifying that the efficiency ratio is or is not proportional to the temperature and / or irradiance received by the panel.
