Análisis de la Innovación Tecnológica Avícola Ecuatoriano en el Contexto De Industria 4.0

Resumen
Ecuador tiene empresas dedicas a la avicultura las cuales se dividen en aves de campo, planteles avícolas y producción de huevos de gallina. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la innovación tecnológica en el sector avícola ecuatoriano con el fin de determinar el grado de desarrollo tecnológico en el contexto de la Industria 4.0. Se utilizó una investigación de carácter descriptivo bibliográfico y de acuerdo con los estudios realizados se determinó que nuestro país carece de innovación tecnológica en este sector, ya que las grandes y medianas empresas tienen procesos automatizados y semi automatizados, en cambio las empresas pequeñas y granjas de campo realizan trabajos manuales en su producción y comercialización. Los resultados muestran la falta de conocimiento en las nuevas tecnologías que permiten digitalizar una industria en todos sus departamentos, por lo que existe resistencia en la innovación y capacitación de personal.
